I had booked an Easy cab for an airport drop and had an horrible experience.
1. When I called up the Easy Cabs Call Center to re-confirm my booking the previous night, I was put on an call waiting queue and got disconnected after a while. I tried several times calling again and again but the call never got connected.
2. The cab arrived 20 minutes late for pick up inspite of telling the cab driver that I need to catch a flight
3. The sms on the cab driver details came 4 hours after the pick up time
4. Inspite of coming 20 minutes late for pick up the cab driver goes on searching for the fuel station at 4 am in the morning with passengers on board
5. This caused me so much of nervousness due to the carelessness of the driver and the Easy Cabs
