BOYCOTT EASY CABS FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE.
I am Sasi Kumar R and I had booked Easy Cab for 13th February via booking ID B001403 to Bangalore Bommanahalli at 11 AM. At the time of booking your customer care executive mentioned that before 30 minutes from departure, I will be getting the sms stating the driver’s name, phone number. When I didn’t get the information by 9:30 PM, I called up the customer care and I was put on wait indefinitely and I had to cut the callt. Upon calling back at 9:42 PM, I got through the customer care and your call center executive stated that due to the non availability of the taxis that the booking got canceled and mentioned that sms was sent to me informing the cancellation but i havent recieved any such sms.
I have raised a complaint on 14th Feb but till now i have not heard or got a call from the easy cabs (their promise is that they will revert back with in 24 hrs)
So I please call upon all the customers who have been cheated like this to join together and let us boycott their service henceforth
