I have booked the Cab for my travel to City Railway station in Bangalore on Oct 28th at 11:30 AM. Immediately I received booking ID from Easy Cabs and ID was A102812716. The cab was booked for pickup at 18:00 from my residence.
I received message from EASY CABS at 17:50 giving Cab details and chauffeur number. This message came to me just 10 minutes before pickup time.
The driver called me after 5 minutes before pickup time saying he will take 2 hrs to reach the pickup location. Is this acceptable my any means?
I waited for another hour or so and the cab never turned up to my location. If somebody relies you on the proper pickup and if you provide this type of service.. how people can trust you anymore?? /
Because of this I missed my train and next day I have to travel by Flight to Mumbai.
And now EASY cab calls me and tells me that as per their policy they can not provide any compensation and simple word APOLOGY. They dont even understand the pain i went through all this.
