I booked an easy cab on 22/1/10 for an aiaction.rport drop on 23/1. The Booking was taken and SMS acknowledgement recvived for 5:00 AM pickup. Neither the cab details were received one hour earlier nor the driver called. At 5 AM when the cab did not come I called them and it was informed that the cab will be at my door step in 5 min. After 7 follow up with the office and 6 calls to the driver the cab arrived at 5:45 AM. The driver informed me that the he had been allotted the call only at 5:05 and it took time for him to reach the house. Inspite of repeated calling, the Floor Manager refused to come on line and with each call a different Rep will come on line and ask for details. This is horrible service. The driver has to drive at a breakneck speed to 110 KM to reach the airport in time prior to the closing of the counter, putting my and his life at risk. Also it was informed by him that such goof up are now regular and nobody cares to take
