I had booked a cab through 'Easy Cab' for 16th june 7 pm evening, in the morning. I received a message regarding my booking id 'A' . When at 7pm the cab didn't arrive i called up the company where they informed me that they had cancelled my booking due non-availability of cabs. It was really disgusting that i wasn't even given an intimation regarding the cancellation and when i called them they didn't even bother to arrange another cab neither did they had the decency to even apologise for the inconvenience. I feel that some action must be taken against the company so that they stop taking their customers for granted.
