Hi,
I booked a Cab Via Easy cabs for the 26-01 for 3.45 am, the booking was done prior on wed 12:37, I was given a booking ID A012600064. and was informed that will get an sms 40 mins prior to the scheduled time.
Called at 3.20 am on the 26-01, was informed by the Customer service agent, that will receive sms in 5 mins, called back again after 10 mins of not receivieng the message, this time he said the request is not been processed. At 3 .34 am i get a msg " Dear customer, due to technical error, we are unable to service booking no A012600064. Please ignore the car details sent. We Deeply regret the inconvenience.
No details were sent in the first place, and the customer service agent had no clue, pathetic service, It was 3 .45 am and we were calling these useless people who have useless pathetic service.
