Very Bad response from Pratham Motors, Queen's Road. Banglaore- 52 . Ph: 080-22370841 / 42

I have purchased the new Eeco on 09/10 . during the delivery I found the dent on the bonnet but the sales representative Victor assured that he will fix the dent during the first service .. But on 19th of October after 10 days of delivery we took for our first service.. but the same guy assured me that he will fix it.. but it 2 days passed, still our Eeco van is in service station and they had not fixed the problem and we tired to call them asking what's happening .. but their response was not the same at the time of delivery .. and we made 4 -5 calls to the customer care and still they have not giving a proper response..

I am unhappy and not satisfied about the service in Pratham Motors, Queen's Road ..

Please i ask the concerned authority to review this case and help us not to happen in future.
