The EKO cosmic electric scooter, manufactured and sold by EKO Vehicle Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, is not worth buying. These vehicles are not worthy of India roads. They do not satisfy the assured criteria of the manufacturer with ragard to performance, milage, battery life.
There are vague terms and assurances given while purchasing the vehicle. Several people faced problems with it.
The battery goes down even before it runs for 1/10th of the assured cycles.
The customer service side also is very bad. Their employees are the unsatisfied lot, hence they vet their saddism on the customers.
IF ANYONE THINKS OF AN ELECTRIC SCOOTER, NEVER GO FOR THIS VEHICLE.
