Dealer Dirty Practice and Ear less behaviour of Maruti customer care

Here is the description for the future customer of Maruti's to keep in mind what kind of reply they can receive from Maruti customer care:

Despite repeatedly asking you for a person who could be my Point of Contact but Alas!! I am getting the same reply. Being such a big market leader sales volume wise cann't you provide a point of contact? neither you said how you are going to resolve my issues.

What kind hope I can keep after exchanging couple of mails with Maruti and keep getting the same copy/paste reply.
