My name is Y. Giri Rao from Bhubaneswar, Orissa. I purchased YO SPEED BIKE from Sri Hari Logitech (Authorised Dealer of Electotherm (I) Ltd. for Bhubaneswar, Orissa) in the year 2009. There was no problem either with the Bike or Service from the Dealer. Just few days back I identified some problem with the Bike, when I took it for repair, I found the shop is closed. When I enquired it, one mechanic (who used to work as Mechanic at Service Center of YO BIKE) told me that due to some problem with the Company the authorised dealer has closed down the shop FROM 1ST JUNE. I DONOT KNOW WHAT TO DO? IS IT RIGHT WAY TO CLOSE DOWN THE SHOP WITHOUT GIVING PROPER INTIMATION TO THE CUSTOMERS? EVEN TODAY IF SOMEBODY VISIT THE OFFICIAL WEB SITE OF ELECTROTHEM (i) LTD (www.yobykes.in) STILL THE NAME & ADDRESS OF THE OLD AUTHROSIED DEALER IS THERE. IS IT THE CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY? CAN SOMEBODY SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO? CAN I FILE COMPLAIN BEFORE THE CONSUMER COURT AGAINST THE COMPANY & AUTHORISED DEALER?
