Ennar Gas - Indane gas
Non delivery of Gas after taking 15 days also

Dear Sir / Madam

I am Sudhir Sharma having consumer no. 43511 with M/s Ennar Gas Services located at Dr. A.S.Nagar, ECIL Post Hyderabad.

It is observed that after booking the Gas, the said supplier is asking us to wait for 7-10 days. But the deliveries are not happening after passing 15 days and more. When contacted them the answer is as usual that it's under process for delivery. We do not think that this much of time should be taken for delivery.

Request you all authorised concerns to enquire and take appropriate action on such cases because the supplier should think that no one is having extra cylender to feel this gap. We have small kids at home and requireed the Gas services time to time to meet their needs.

I hope the proper action would be initiated on priority to avoid delay in near future.
