Dear Sir,

I am custmer of your company for more than 10 yrs and I did not any problem but for the last 3 months I am having lots of problems My phone No is 9335819043 and itis a post paid CGDMA. The details of my complaints are as under:-

1. From the month of Dec 09 your company is levied inflated bills and when the matter was repor ted they refunded a sum of Rs 5oo but again they levied inflated charges and barred the incoming calls which highly regratable

2. It takes one to 2 hours to talk to your executives of no satisfactory result as saying machine is not working Your executives at Lucknow does not attend my calls.

3. The latest bill No is B326431-COO2629 dt 09 Mar refer. I have never asked for email facility but of your sweet will it is thurst upon to me.

4 My request to you are please ammend my bill as final and convert my mobile to pre paid sys tem as I cannot use with other sim card being cgdma. Pl instruct your executive at Lucknow to contact me on my mob No9307991212
