I am razia begum one of the honda (activa) customer. I wish to complain about the bad service i have received from Ess Ell motor. I bought the new model of activa from Honda showroom, Rajpur road, Dehradun on 13 may. Color of the vehicle is white. The complain is that the battery of vehicle is not working properly. When we took the vehicle to showroom for service they told us that the battery is not working properly and it'll take 15 days to repair. Its their fault that the vehicle they sold us was not in a proper condition. I am not at all satisfied with the service i received. I hope my complaint would be looked into on a priority base.
