Dear All

Please refer the traling mail as it is now going above my head as i ahve spoken to several people at Royal enfield as well as the owner of ESS ARR Motors from where the motorcycle was purchased in the month of July 10, after spoken to soo many people at the different level it seems that it is usless as no body is serious about the ongoing problems of the motorcycle occuring day bay day no bobdy has the answer to the problems. Last week i have spoken to the MR Jagdish, Mr kayshap Regional Manger for rayal enfield as well had a meeting with both of them personally at the ESS Arr Motor in the month of August 10 and was assured to me that my all the problems would be solved 100 % but it seems it was just to pass the time and to make a fool of the customer that they are rellaying on Royal Enfiels that something will be done from the day i have met them in the month of August uot of 100% only 20% of my problem is ressolved the major problem are still pending at the same level as i have been assured every tme i call them up that you don't need to worry will ressolve your problem but nothing has happend till know. Since two days i have not been able to drive my Bike because of the starting problems. No body is confirming me what the a=exact cause of malfunctiong of my motorcycle as well as its parts just they have a simple and clear word for me to say is "SORRY" but no body is serious about it to get it checked throughally and ressovle my ongoing problems since 05 months from the date i have purchased the vehicale neither they are ready to relpce the vehicale because no body is intreasted in knowing the route cause of the falioure of the motorcycle neither the engineers of Royal enfield are bother about.

I am know fedup of writing and complainig and seaking to several people at the royal enfiled.

It's my humbale request to customer support is if they can provide me altenative to my problems or need to reimburest my money invested in Royal Enfield Classic 500.or they can provide me any email address or a contact no so that i can address my ongoing problems/issue.

As i am relaying on the senior management of Royal Enfield at chennai that some thing can be done or can get the replacement of this motorcycle.

Waiting for soonest response from your end without any faliure to provide me an alternative.

Dear All

This is in the regards to the motorcycle purchased on 7/7/10 bullet classic 500cc, from the day one the motorcycle was giving problem on the request of mine and complaing to the dealer several times at last my entire wiring was changed as it was giving the problem whwn ever i was riding it due to malfunctiong of wire kit. Now my motorcycle where ever the crome plating id done is cattching rust on a very bad note it seems that the motorcycle is 10 to 12 years old.after contacting service engineer of bullet the inscpection of the motorcycle was done by Mr. Amit Mohan and the conclusion was made to replace the parts which are catching rust and the photographs were taken to iniceate the process but no date was confirm to which date it will be changed, know the shockers at the rear are catching rust which was not included in the photograps.if this is the quality has to bee provided and i as a customer has bee at the back of dealer or service engineer then wht is the point of purchasing the new motorcycle and from the day one i have not been able to ride my bike due to on going problems occouring again and again. I fist average i got from the motorcycle wa 12 km per lte nows days i am getting the average between 12 to 18 km and body knows how to rectify according to them its a fuel injection nothing can be needs to bear with it but company claims to be 35km per ltr as per dealer i am fedup inoff to speak to all the concern regarding this irrediotic behaviour of my motorcycle. I request in case if something can de done to minimise my problem then it will be a graet help or else i need an compensation of the problems i am being facing from the day one of the purchased dateas iam unable to use my vehiacle. This complaint needs to be taken on serious note and needs to fawarded to the concern people.

Hope to see a favourable solution from your end to ressolve my concern.
