I have enrolled for a Monthly car Wash service from Pegasus Car wash agency, Kodambakkam. Initially the Customer care used to call me and fix up a time for the car wash. Now over a period of time there is no response from them and when called, they casually address that there is no manpower and will compromise with additional services from next month. This is hapenning for more than 6 months and no response from them. Now they are telling us that they will do the service only from monday to friday and between 10 to 6pm where in we all will be in the office and no time to spare.
Request you to kindly take action and sort out the issue..
