On 27-1 an attempt was made to purchase e-ticket using Net-banking facility of Axis Bank Ltd from www.irctc.co.in
Full amount of money including all charges were deducted from my Saving Bank Account but no ticket was materilised. A complain was lodged over telephone at 011 39340000 but no amount was refunded till now.
