Efund of e-ticket

Cancellation of E-ticket (PNR No.:6323046194) of Train no./name : 2345/saraighat express on 13.01.2009.

Sir,

The above train mentioned was rescheduled from 1600hrs. to 2045hrs on 13.01.2009. The e-ticket booked from IRCTC in the name of T. Sinha (50, male) and S.Sinha (21, Female) was cancelled on 13.01.2009 and TDR was accordingly filed by the agent as per IRCTC's norm. Full return after 90 days of the e-ticket is expected. The matter was pursued several times at Railway Enquiries in Delhi which replied that the process is on.

Below given is the mail that was received from IRCTC on the following date and time:

Wed, November 4 1:19:56 PM

"Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No. 6323046194 has been forwarded to CCM/NF Railway on dt.20.01.09. We have already issued Reminder No. 1 dt.16.06.09 to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminder refund yet not received from the concerned railway. Now we are sending a Reminder No. 2 dt.04.11.09 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account. "

Since a year has passed by and the refund has not yet been made so I will request you to intervene into the matter and resolve the same at the earliest.
