Thank you very much for the Offer Letter from ETIHAD AIRWAYS UK.
As per the email below, I have already contacted Barrister Jerry Daniels (Esq.) and he has sent me the work-permit form via email and also other instructions regarding the formalities.
However, I require your help earnestly to resolve some general issues and also help me in joining the esteemed company :-
(1) I would receive my passport from the passport office of ***dated: 1 June as this is the delivery date promised by the office as
currently this was already with them for the renewal process as this got expired sometime back.
(2) The solicitors fees for the legal formalities, £1, 200 cannot be afforded by myself as I have to arrange everything from India and already have spent a good amount in the renewal of my international passport from the passport ofice of Kolkata. Hence I would require some co-operation from my Employer in this matter. It has been said in one of the interaction email that, 'any money spent for legal formalities will be reimbursed upon arrival of the employee fom the first month's upfront salary'.
Please confirm if it is possible for the Employer to arrange my legal fees £1, 200 to Barrister Jerry Daniels (Esq.) (Royal Court Of Justice Law Chambers) and deduct the same from my first month's salary, which is due to be paid in advance to the employee once documents are cleared. All expenses incurred by the you will be reimbursed to you not later than 5 working days after submission of your expense report and receipt.
