Dear Sir,
I had given my household materials to EURO GOLD PACKERS & MOVERS, Plot No. 427, Near Railway crossing, najafgarh, Bijwasan, New Delhi 45 on 05/09 for packing, loading, transporting, unloading and unpacking including insurance from New Delhi to Jalgaon on my transfer. The total charges for the above was paid to the agency. They assured me that the materials will be delivered safely on or before 10/09, but till 15/09 the materials are not delivered and the whereabouts of my materials is not known to me. The agency has switched off their mobile and not answering the land line also. I have the relevant documents in original (except the insurance which they did not provide)
