Never use Euro Logistics (India) for transfer luggages

I transferred my house house hold s from Kolkata to Bangalore through “Euro Logistics (India)” movers and packers. They packed my luggage on 23rd Aug 10 from Kolkata, supposed to deliver on 1st Septmeber10.After no. of calls they unloaded my luggage on 6th Sep 10 after taking the whole amount.

I found 1 item (Almira) is missing, asked them to give me the same. The Almira contains soem of valuable items like mobile, watches and other house hold items.

They told it will be delivered to you within 2/3 days.

Now they are telling Almira is missing, we need more time, not picking the calls.

Also refusing to deliver the same also.

So please never use
