My name is Prasanth. Shankar as i am working in a marketing field i use to travel a lot of min 200 kms a day. For the usual service of my honda unicorn bike (KL 39- A -1383) i use to consult with the evm service people but their way of dealing with the customer is very bad, the quality of the service is also very bad. On 23/07 i had given my bike to the service people for claim and service but till today 1/07 i didn't received my bike serviced. But they were agreed to deliver the bike on 31/07 now they are telling that the availability of the spares is the reason. At the time of service it was no communicated to me about the lack of availability of the spares. Kindly check with the evm honda service people to avoid these kind of delay. The prime important thing of the EVM honda service centre is that the way of dealing with the customers is very bad, the advisiors who are dealing with the bike are not from a automobile background also.
