I purchased an EXIDE Matrix DIN50 battery for my car in Bangalore in Feb and gave it to service on 6-Feb. I was promised delivery of battery after charge on 8-Feb but since then everytime I call they say that it will take and additional day. I am unable to use my car and have to pay for Taxi everyday. I called today only to be told that I will get a “service battery” tomorrow (as temporary option) and the service person says he doesn’t know when a replacement battery will be available. This kind of service is unacceptable.
I request you to direct my complaint to the appropriate authorities within the company and ensure faster service to me.
The service number I have been contacting is 91-80-32711111. My SS Number is 33122 and my name has been wrongly entered as Swaminarayanan which I have advised to be corrected.
