Express IT Courier is very irresponsible and highly unreliable courier, One cheque book packet was sent to me by ICICI Bank on 28th August 10 vide airway bill No. 7624994576. The courier man never came to my residence where at least 3 members are available every time. A phone came to me on 5th sept 10 that it is returned because of non-availability of consignee.
I tried to contact Delhi customer service centre at least 100 times on 8th and 9th sept 10, no body bothered to pick the phone.
