I have one of citibank creditcard. when i checked the account statement, i came to know that fraud transaction happened thru online airline ticket booking. i have asked from travel agent, they told that bank will take action.
i had recd a letter from citibank regarding same. i hv prepared a police complaint letter and take attestation from police station and sent to citibank. citibank saying that police will take action. but police is saying that bank will take action and travel agent is saying that bank will take action.
the amount is Rs. 6500/- date on 12/11
finally whether will i get refund to my account or not?
so, how can i ahead for this issue?
