Problem faced during purchase

I have booked WagnoR LXi on 28.11.09 through MotorCraft (Shaibabad) by Rs. 10, 000/- and on that time it was decided that car price is Rs. 3, 52, 000/- and car will be taken based on final price for the month of Dec'09. Ultimately Maruti decleared the revised price for the month of Dec'09 which is comparatively lower than Nov'09 and same has been confirmed by other Maruti dealer. On 01.12.09 another Rs. 3, 20, 000/- was paid to MotorCraft through different two cheques and the cheques were cleared on 02.12.09. On 01.12.09 durinmg payment it was cleared that balance amount will be paid at the time of delivery. Delivery was taken on 03.12.09 on that time MotorCraft produced the invoice for the full amount as per Nov'09 monthe rate dtd 30.11.09 (before making payment / confirmation) and claimed the balance Rs. 22, 000/-. They have completely denied the revised discounted rate and ultimately forced to pay me the balance amount after making seen creat.

It is really surprising for me that like Maruti dealer how they behave with the customer.

Matter has already been complaint to Maruti vide CRM no. 003200000740, but till now no result.

It is clear Maruti is not at all bother for their valued customer.
