No commitment for delivery

Hi,

I have booked for Maruti Swift (ZXI) car on 14-11 for 2010 Model Car with Fairdeal Car Pvt. Ltd., 485, Jhilmil Indl. Area Delhi. But still i hv waiting for clear response from the Car dealer. While discussion the executive said, Sir, dispatching started on 05 of feb, pl wait for a week's time, but still I am waiting for delivery!!! My car loan from HDFC Bank has been delivered to Fairdeal in November itself. Almost I paid 95% amount to fairdeal and also allready paid the 4 Instalment to the Bank. Some times executive of the fairdeal did't respond. Its very harassing to me.

Kindly can any one suggest to file a complaint & penalty for delay.
