Dear Sir,
I had purchased a maruti Wagon -R from Comepent Automobiles, C. Place on dated 14 Dec. 2009. I had installed the CNG kit from the same agency.
unfortunately, on dated 14 Feb. my car met with an accident. I approached to the agency i.e. Cometent Automobiles and they send my vehicle to their Ghazipur Branch.
My vehicle is insured by National Insurance under tie -up with Maruti Udyog Limited. Now the insurance persons are saying that the claim can not be processed as on R.C. the CNG is not endorsed, while it was the duty of Agency personnels to get the CNG endorsed on my R.C. Although on the cover note and policy of the insurance is endorsed.
The agency persons are saying that we had sent the request to the concerned R.T.O. Pls note that till date I had not received my original R.C. and agency persons ahd given me a note ststing the request of R.C in the concerned R.T.O. which is not endorsed under CNG.
Now, the agency persons are saying that it will take another 7-8 days to get the R.C.
So, I request yourself to intervene in that metter so that my mental, torture should not be done by the AGency persons i.e. Competent Automobiles.
