Non received of any document

I have taken a Santro Xing of 2006 (WB02 W5883). The loan has been given by Family credit... but till date I have not received any document of this car and according to their version ECS should be Rs.3650 but now they are asking for Rs. 4118 EMI /month.

How can I sove this?..Kabita Basak
