Irresponsible and 3rd class service

Agreement No-526303,

My problem is not yet solved even after I had a verbal communication and written also. I am still been given trouble. I was assured of the solution to this problem but its still the same. Assured persons were one Anita, Sayyed and one more ladies staff of the office in Chakala Andheri, Mumbai-93. Every month 5th is my due of my EMI and if I am not getting a positive response till 4th of this month (Jan 04) then I will be forced to stop the payment hence forward. I am sending this same mail to Consumer Forum with all my details.
