I had taken a two wheeler loan on July they told me to pay 23 EMI my loan get closed on 8th month of 2009 out of this i had paid 19 emi"s still the bank peoples not issued the RC book bank peoples only asking the pending they never bothered about the RC book so please short out this problem immediately
