This is to bring to your kind notice the fact that a termination voucher no-215388900034 Date- 01.02.10 was issued by Bahraich gas service Bahraich against the transfer of the Arvind kumar Mishra, Distt. Judge Bahraich to Etah bearing Consumer no- 34492 & Code No- 153889.

We immediately on receipt of the termination voucher sent a letter to Bahraich gas service Bahraich for conformation as per the rute by reged post on 17-02-10

we very much regret to inform you that me have neither received any reply nor any communication from Bahraich in the matter so far. Whenever we tried to contact on mobile found the same either swittched of for not attended the matter is very serious belongs to the Distt. Judge, Etah.

We shall be extremely greatful if you could kindly do the needful in the matter & take up the stern action against the Bahraich Gas Agency.
