I BOUGHT MY FIAT PUNTO ACTIVE ON 3 FEB AND DISCOVERED ITS AC TO BE TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE IN THE DAY TIME. I HAVE SPENT ALL WEEKENDS SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR AT THE SERVICE STATION AT RAMA MOTORS AT OKHLA. THEY EVEN TRIED TO TELL ME THAT THEIR WAS A TECHNICAL DEAFULT AND THEY HAVE CORRECTED IT. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW COULD A NEW CAR HAVE SUCH A TROUBLE AND HOW DID A CAR WITH A TROUBLE GET INTO SALES. I CAME HOME AFTER THE CHECK THE FOURTH TIME WITH TEH ASSURANCE THAT THE CAR'S AC WOULD BE FINE NOW BUT WHEN I DROVE IT IN DAY TIME ITS AC WAS AS BAD AS EARLIER. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE TELLING ME WHAT THE REAL TROUBLE IS AND WHY I WAS SOLD THIS CAR IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I WANT TO MAKE A CLAIM FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO ME AND WANT EITHER A REPLACEMENT OF THE CAR OR A COMPLETE REFUND. I DO NOT WISH TO HAVE ANY FURTHER ASSOCIATION WITH FIAT OR THEIR SERVICE MEN WHICH I SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN LIABLE TO DO ANYWAYS. I HAVE BOUGHT AN INCONVENIENCE WORTH 4.5 LAKHS AND I WANT TO GIVE IT BACK.
