This is hereby inform you that Madhusudhan Motors have yet not deliverd our swift vxi which was bokked on 21st feb. while taking the bokking they told us that our car will be availabe within march and on 31st march one of there sales executive called us and said that your car is ready for delivery nd its going under PDC/PDI.When we reached there we made all formalites and paid the full amount but then after making complete payment there sale executive informed us that somebody has given him wrong information about the car and sais sorry i wont be able to give you your car today... they have shown sales in their books but the car is yet not reached to our place.
I think they have done this just for showing their sales because it was last day of accounting year but this is wrong. if they dint have the car they shouldn't have called us and said your car is ready
I hpoe my compaint will be resolve as early as possible
