I purchased Fiat Punto Emotion Diesel on 02/January from Tafe Reach Chennai. The car broke down on 03/January at around 2:00 PM. The Car is with Tafe Reach Service now for the third day. They are not able to find what the problem is.
Fiat/Tata Motors cheated me with a defective car. When I asked for replacement Fiat India is not ready to even answer for that. When asked Tata Motors, they say replacement is not possible.
Help me in getting rid of this mess. How to tackle this issue legally.
