Hello Sir,

my bag was delayed for 24 hours by the airline . and no compensation was given what so ever by the airline.

the guy who bought my bad manhadled my bag and was teared off at the end.

i saw a news that finnair trafiic grew by 27 percent in march... the airlines are making profit by entering into our market and by giving substandard services.

sir, the airlines changing there timing for flight .. and telling us to adjust our timing with respect to the new timings.

being india at the growth stage .. these substandardad companies were allowed to setup there offices and they think they could easily fool indian people and no one is looking over them.

strict action should be taken against this airline and if possible there licence to fly from india should be revoked.
