Dear Sir,

Reference to the above myself Mr Dias Joe Damiao has recd a mail dt 30.01.12 from FLYBE AIRLINE UNITED KINGDOM confirming my selection for the Post of Supervisor Stores on the basis of an online interview recruitment process held by them. I have not personally attented any interview or spoken to them. In response to their mail sent on 15.01.12 saying that they had found my Resume/CV on the internet through MONSTER INDIA.COM they had approached me to confirm certain details which I had forwarded in my reply dt15.01.12.My query is thatthey have forwarded a soft copy of the employment agreement asking me to bear certain screening & endorsement of Academic credentials certificates expenses by their Solicitors/Legal Advisor Mr John Mclaughlin and Health Checkup & other Expenses which they are unable to bear.

Fwding herewith the relevant details. Request you to kindly go through the same and let me know whether it is genuine or fake.

With the approval of the Board of Directors of Flybe Airline UK, we are delighted to formally offer you the Appointment to work with us in Flybe Airline UK for the provision of Expatriates Relation Services for the period duly specified in your Offer Letter, please find attached Soft Copy of your Contract Terms of Employment for your perusal and immediate action if the terms of work is acceptable to you. Upon thorough review and acceptance of this Contract Package, signature in the space indicated in the last page of the Offer Letter, your current photo passport and return same back to us via email attachment within a period of 14 working days.

THIS AGREEMENT is made today between FLYBE AIRLINE UK of the 1st party and you as a 2nd party.

(INTERVIEW) There shall be no other form of interview as this is an online recruitment process and your basis of selection were strongly based on your professional experience and some core values found in your resume by the screening department, there will only be a 2 weeks orientation and training section for you to educate you more on your environment and the challenges facing you. You have already been selected to work for us and we want you to consider this offer and get back to us while you submit the required information for the securing of your International Work Certificate (IWC).

SCREENING OF ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS CERTIFICATE/CERTIFICATION AND ENDORSEMENT.

THERE IS NO NEED OF BOOKING APPOINTMENT WITH US VISIT US DURING OFFICE HOUR.

Job applicants MUST meet and submit all his/her screened and endorsed Academic Credentials Certificates to the UK Home Office before any request for re-schedule or extension of joining date can be granted. Applicants MUST note that we will never grant such requests unless all Screening formalities MUST have been met.

FLYBE AIRLINE UK shall procure your Visa through the Home Affairs here in UK, We shall send your Visa together with the hard copy of your Job Offer Letter and Certificate of Employment.

Work Permit: Upon your arrival, the company shall procure your working permit from the Home Office together with your flight ticket which shall be included on the package which we are going to send to you through courier service and without your Screened Academic Credentials Certificate we will not be allowed to secure a Valid UK entry Visa/Work Permit/Papers.

Job applicants MUST bear costs for the screening and endorsement of their Academic Credentials Certificates and submit receipts of payment (s) for the purpose of reimbursement. For no reason should Job applicants request that we shoulder such costs as such requests will certainly be turned down.

This is sequel to our past experiences we had with some Job applicants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East where FLYBE AIRLINE shouldered all the screening and endorsement of their Academic Credentials Certificates expenses, paid them their Upfront Salaries and processed their Visa till this time, None of these applicants showed up. Note that all employees must bear the cost of processing there Academic Credentials and Certificates Screening and Certification as Qatar Airways will reimburse back the money which you spend for the screening of your Academic Credentials and Certificates and on presentation of the said documents before the deadline to the UK Home Office. Once approved, we will authorize our Bank to transfer funds to any Bank Account designated by such an applicant.

There will be a mandatory Orientation/ Training Program on 29/02

On getting the screened Academic Certificates/Certification from the UK Home Office make available to us the below documents for the processing of International Work Certificate (IWC) your Residence and Work permit / Visa:

1. Scan copy of your Academic Credentials Certificate Certification letter/Certificates dully endorsed.

2. Scan copy of your duly Signed job offer Letter

3. Scanned Copy of all your required Academic Credentials Certificates.

4. Scanned Copy of Passport Photograph (Colored).
