Letter missing after 11 days they are not able to tell anything

Sir,

i sent a letter by your courier on 15/03.the letter was not delivered & same returned telling that your phone no was not written.after discussion of the matter they again sent it to patna with phone no. on the letter on 19/03/10. again the letter was not delivered & when i enquired they told we will tell you after contacting our counter part.after making three rounds they didnot tell anything & made hot discussion with me by telling that whatever you want to do you go & do we will see what yoy can do.

i got embrassed & came.i want, they should be asked why they did so & tell me sorry for whatever they have done.
