Delay in delivery

Sir, I am the consumer of the same company My consumer No is 182 and our dealar/distributer is Dagar Gas Service in Rohini Delhi. I have booked the cylinder on 20 Dec but till now the suplly I have not found. Their delivery man Panday always supply the cylinder not with proper weight and now he challanged that if you weight the cylinder you will not get the cylinder in future i do't now who is the resposible for this problem but after 15 days the cylinder has not been delivered, Please take necessary action
