Un-nessary charges

I have booked above ticket thru internet, the name details I had put exactly as payment showing in payment gateway, they have issued ticket in my fathers name.

I have cancelled 1st ticket and paid rs 750/- cancellation charges.

Second ticket I want to travel without any problem

My id card show as

Second ticket shows as my father name (where as I had my name as well)
