Hi,
It is extremely regrettable to inform you that King Fisher airlines is now deceiving and making false commitments to prospective passengers. I was told that some third grade and low cost cheap airlines act in a similar fashion with their passengers, however it is shocking to see your airline also stooping to such a level.
I am pained and feel harassed by the behavior and false commitment of the King Fisher staff. Though the details are mentioned in the trail mail, I can quickly brief you on the issue:
- I had blocked 3 tickets on 14/10/10 by calling the 18002093030 call center number of KING FISHER.
- My tickets were blocked by your representative called Mr. Aslam.
- The tickets were booked for a round trip from Delhi to Hong Kong; with departure on 6th Nov’10 and return on 14th Nov’10.
- The price for the 3 tickets that was given was Rs. 59082 and the confirmed PNR that was issued to me was - HMAYRL.
- The agent told me that I can buy the tickets either online / from a ticket counter of KING FISHER, on or before 25th Oct’10 upto 18:00 Hrs.
- Having blocked my tickets, I planned my leave and firmed up my travel plans for me and my family.
- Yesterday on 24th October’10, when I went to purchase my tickets I was told that my confirmed and blocked tickets had been canceled without any intimation.
This is just not acceptable!! Why was I denied my confirmed and booked tickets?
I wrote a mail to their authorities including Mr. Mallya and even he did not help.. If this is what King Fisher promises as a world class experience and is this how customers are treated??
I am extremely extremely disgusted at this attitude of King Fisher Airlines, for I am being penalized for no fault of mine.
Since I had already booked my hotel reservations and did not want to loose money there as well, i have now booked tickets in another airline after paying a higher price.
Now, not only do I want compensation for the difference in fair that has been paid by me, but also would like to sue King Fisher for mental harassement and pain that they have caused me.
Please help!!!
