We are having 02 Ford Endeavours & 01 Ford Fiesta.
In our city i.e at Bhuj there is a showroom of Ford and another showroom is away appx 60 Km at Gandhidham. Our concern is that whenever, we want to give our vehicle for Service, we have to go to Gandhidham which is 60 Km from us, because the necessary facilities are not available at Bhuj.
And whenever there is any requirement of replacement of any spare part, we are always informed by show room staff that such and such spare part is not available with us, we have to place an order and it would come in appx 8-10 days. Can you imagine the pain of customers, at first we have to go 60 km away from our city, and after reaching there we find such replies from the staff.
Yesterday i.e. 14th Feb itself, we have taken our vehicle bearing no-GJ-12-AR-9877 to your Bhuj based showroom, the staff did attend to us and informed that Oil Seal of rear wheel is damaged and require replacement, come on tomorrow morning i.e. on 15th Feb it would be procured and fitted to our vehicle. Today morning when we have brought the vehicle to them, they simply gave us a stereo typed reply-they do not have Oil seal and have placed the order and it would be procured in a weeks time at the same time they advised us not to drive the vehicle to avoid any further damage to vehicle. I appreciate their advise.
Now you may imagine the situation, we can not drive our vehicle for 8-10 days, just for a tiny part that is Oil seal, which is neither available at Bhuj nor at Gandhidham, because I called at Gandhidham show room too. It is really painful to know that your dealers do not have such a running spare item in their stock and the customers have to run around for such a small part. This paucity of spare parts by your dealers is really tarnishing the image of your Company.
It is our humble request that kindly intervene in the matter and take some concrete remedial actions to avoid such reoccurrences and harassment to your valued customers.
