Change of engine

To whom so ever it may concern

This is to inform you that i own a ford fiesta (no: tn 23 aw- 6662).

while coming from Bangalore last week, vehicle stopped all of a sudden..

and after showing to authorised service center ford salem (e mail - [email protected]), i came to know that my engine has got ceased. and it has run only 52000 kms. now the service center people are telling me that i got to change to engine completely. already there has been a complaint mail which has been sent by the above said e mail id. for which they are waiting for reply.the details of the vehicle are as follows

so I kindly request you to replace the engine.
