My name is v.satya vani, I bought ford figo in guntur ford show room on may 29th Recently my car meet with an accident on 25th January, after that i consulted to the ford service and i presented my car on 26th Jan, The ford service people or not at all responding properly. Up to 10 days they did not check the car and they didn't find the problem of car and they didn't prepare a report. They are not helping us in insurance, they are saying us to meet directly to the insurance people then why you are suggesting us to insurance with them, particularly the sales manager Krishna and the technician sridhar. The technician sridhar is telling he cant understand the problem what is? Then why you are recruiting these type of people. The sales manager is not at all favorable with the customers he is saying you pay money 1st after we make ready the car and claim to insurance then we will return your money. He is blaming the customers, we are having warranty and we are having insurance and the s.manager is not using the insurance and he is saying you wont get money to insurance you have to pay full amount. Until now i didn't get delivery of my car. Please take a serious action on the Ford Service Center and the sales manager Krishna, he is a big bluff master...
