With deep anguish I would like to inform you that I bought ford figo LXI VIN-MAJ1XXMRJ1AJ12378, Reg No-UP16AA4602 on 19-06 from FORD NOIDA but even before completing two years my car met with following problems-
1- Before completion reaching 30000 kms car AC fluid leaked and
2- it has humming sound while speed go above 60km/h
3- noises while applying breaks
4- noise in seats
Therefore, I went to the Ford's new service station in Sector 63 NOIDA.
On 9/2, the very next day after servicing the car AC duct blasted, audio board was damaged, and other problems remained same, my car had to be towed from Amity University on 11/2 for servicing again. Despite this extra emergency service except AC other problems remained same and my car met with additional problem of high noise in geyer box. One more thing that is important to mention here is that - I got a call on 15 /2 /12 from your feedback section, I explained all above problems to her but I did not get any response thereafter.
Now I am at Ford service center again but there is no satisfactory answer from the management, and they again want to hold my car for a week which will cause sufferings to my family as its the only vehicle I have.
That's why I requested the manager Mr Bhatnagar for loner car but he denied the request he is trying to cover up the issue by terming it as a coincidence.
Sir this is case of casual and unprofessional service which damages the reputation of FORD as a brand.
So I request you to look in to the matter immediately and address my grievances.
