Dear sir,

I had given my ford ikon (KA05MB832) for servive to ford bodyshop service station in guindy, chennai.for giving the car i had to wait for 3 hours and when i gave the car they said it will cost me 16k but the the bill given to insurance company was 35000.they dint even bother to inform when the car was ready for delivery also the way they spoke to me over the phone was very disappointing, they also lost the bill of towing company which was given to ford team. And today i got a call from insurance company saying that the car no. printed in invoice is KA85MD832 instead of KA05MB832.when i called ford again the answer given to me was "you should have checked when you got the invoice" and they said come with the R.C book if you want to change the bill.i need a proper solution for this .my contact no. is 9894884448.
