Dear Sir,

I am a proud owner of Ford Ikon Flair 1.3 (DL-4C-AF-2537).

I am writing to you for bringing a very basic issue regarding the service being provided to a customer of Ford.

I gave my Car for service to Bhavna Ford Nerul, Navi Mumbai, India on 24th of Dec for general servicing and some additional repairs work.

I gave a very elaborate & clear instructions on what needs to be done and what needs to replaced if required. It's already 28th of Dec and the car is still in the workshop. The engineers don’t respond properly and at times there is no response to how much time will it take to correct the car.

I have given a go ahead for any replacement to be done if needed but they always have an excuse ready for not delivering the car at the end of every working day. There is no sense of urgency & seriousness for the delivery of car. They have again asked for 4-5days for delivery due to some part shortage which I indicated on day one. But the workshop waited for 5 days for ordering it after asking me again on 28 dec.

I have to keep calling them for reminding for my car and I am tired of asking about the delivery of the same to me. Every time I call them, they tell me that the part is not available and it will take time.

Kindly look into the matter before it escalates further from here.
