Non-responsive and horrible service

My experience with Ford India and it’s agency/service provider “Harpreet Ford” continues to be dismal. No amount of requests or complaints help. In 2007 I tried a detailed communication over phone and email but till date I’ve never had a single good experience. Inspite of every assurance, my car gets held back for unduly large number of days. Ost of the tasks remain undone. The car comes back after each service looking dirtier and smellier. Yes, I've had horrible experiences with Ford service over the past four years! No amount of complaining helps. Even as I am writing this message my car is languishing at a Ford service centre for over 4 days inspite of many assurances that the car would take two days.

We have a family tradition of buying Ford and my grandparents had one of those soft top vintage models, but, I've sworn never to buy a Ford car ever again! and to spread the BAD word around!
