FORTUNE MOTORS
DAMAGED VEHICLE

Hello

My name is ABHISHEK and i have purchased new HONDA ACTIVA DLX in Feb at oneof the worst showrooms called FORTUNE HONDA in Secunderabad. They gave me the new vehicle for which i paid around 60k and the moment i got that vehicle out of the showroom, the vehicle started to shake and vibrate, i called up the showroom guy and he said as its newly manufactured, its common, which is not true, because i have other 3 Honda Activa which i bought in 2008 from Prathul HONDA was superb and did not behave this way. I still accepted thinking it could be the new vehicle which needs to be regularized, as 0-15days passed on the vehicle was becoming more worse, the moment i hit 40kmph the vehicle started shaking and i can feel that in my hand. I visited back to service center and they said there is nothing wrong and its vehicles cables which are stuck on the side because of which the vehicle is unable to balance and will be done in first service. I denied and ask him to repair, the service center people started blaming its the manufacturing defect by HONDA as its new vehicle and its fiber body its shaking, old activa was completely metal, which was fun to me. This went for almost 1month and at last service manager of Fortune Honda said we will change the fork of the vehicle which was problamatic because i visited the local mechanics and they clearly said fork is damaged in the vehicle when they went for trial ride. Even prathul Honda service guys said the same. In fact even Fortune Motors mechanics also accepted that fork was damaged but service managers did not accept, Later they said leave the vehicle and go we will replace the fork. They said they changed the fork after 2days and i we collected the vehicle and vehicle was working in ok conditions for sometimes because i will be most of the time out of hyd so i did not get time and later the same problem started and when i went back to Honda they do not respond, They provide the details of a person called Ramranjan Kumar from honda customer relation officer along with list of numbers but nobody will respond that numbers and none of them reply for emails. So i decided to put this in newspapers to get it fixed. The worst part is that within the first 2 months itself the vehicles EXIDE battery is dead, since out of showroom the vehicle is been just worst walk. I advise you people not to purchase any vehicles from Fortune Motors as they only hand over damage vehicles and they are known for that

Regards

ABHISHEK
