I received my bike in a very bad condition

I received my bike in a very bad condition, I transfered one bike and Suitcase from delhi to pune and the charge was maximum as compare to others movers and packers because of the name of Agarwal Movers and packers and its service.

But i receives my bike in very bad condition and the suitcase is also tore.

I showed the condition to your khadki office pune and they told me to talk to your claim person, But he is not responding in proper way.

Severe damages was found in head light.

Cost of damage is coming around 2500 RS
