Frequent Cancellation of Thane Local at 6.00 p.m

Dear Sir

In the Last few weeks the 6.00 p.m. Thane local is cancelled and Kurla trains are never cancelled. Logic says long distance trains should not be cancelled since many people take advantage but I do not understand your train schedule manager's who is stationed at Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus his logic in deciding on train cancellations

Please provide a logical answer to this and stop cancelling Thane trains only and that too the same train on a regular basis
